About Me......
Kim began a longtime health and fitness career as a personal trainer. She noticed from the beginning a greater rate of healing and attainment of particular goals of her clients when there seemed to be a more expansive dialogue between the brain and body. Kim dove deep into education and trainings that further confirmed her curiosities of mind/body connection and thriving. She gained many pilates and yoga certifications in particular a Psychotherapeutic Yoga certification that shifted her career and focus towards healing and therapeutic means for bringing the system and client into greater equilibrium, through breath, meditation and movement. Since the addition of somatic training Kim has seen increased ability in her clients to contain and renegotiate the effects of trauma; their affirming of experiencing a more purposeful, passionate and authentic life because of the release, equilibrium and healing that somatic work provides.
